MORE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE
As long as I can remember, I've loved children. I have three girls of my own and I could have had a dozen more, if truth be told. Nine years ago I took my passion for children and became a Montessori-certified teacher. I've spent the years since helping children build the critical foundation to become their best selves by creating a safe & nurturing environment and empowering their self-help skills.

What to Expect
We are a licensed daycare for age 6 weeks and up. Children under 16 months enjoy a mix of structured and free play, safe and monitored interaction with our older children, and exposure to our preschool curriculum.
MONTESSORI PRESCHOOL
We are not just a home-based daycare. Once your child turns 16 months, they join our Montessori-based preschool curriculum and will leave Young Ones more than Kindergarten ready!
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
We are able to cater to both year-round care or "teachers' schedules," meaning if you are off in the summers and want your kids home, no worries! We will hold your spot and there is no cost to you during this time.
FAMILY-STYLE CARE
You can rest assured all our Young Ones are cared for in a nurturing, safe, home environment. I care for each child like they are family.

Every material in a Montessori classroom supports an aspect
of child development, creating
a match between the child’s natural interests and the available activities. Children can learn through their own experience and at their own pace. Students are encouraged to advance through a curriculum as they are ready, and the teacher is there to guide them along this individualized learning path.
Montessori students are shown at an early age that they are a part of a caring community. From the start, we want children to identify with their community and take pride in their potential to impact all the communities to which they belong. They learn hands-on life skills that will take them through their life. The Montessori method looks at education as a release of potential from within, not as something being poured in.
Multi-age environments enable younger children to learn from older children and experience new challenges through observation. Older children reinforce their own learning by teaching concepts they have already mastered, while developing leadership skills and serving as role models. Children progress at their own pace, mirroring the real world in which individuals work and socialize with people of all ages and dispositions.
